A keychain like this ruined me, job-wise. I used it for my most important key, work key, and it the ball chain totally just snapped off. Now my supervisor has to replace all the doors at work and I have to realize that I’m the one to break his streak of never having a student lose a key :(

It made me realize that although looks may be appealing, I need to consider more about the design and durability of things. Especially when it’s in regards to something important. No more fancy keychains for me, unless it means high-tech safety.
